Help

Phones handle signatures differently from computers. A signature you set up on a computer is used when you send from that computer (or from the web), not from the phone apps.

iPhone and iPad (Mail)

  1. Open your signature in QRflick on the phone and press Copy signature.
  2. Open Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature and paste.
  3. The formatting is lost at first: shake the phone and tap Undo to bring it back.

Outlook app (iPhone and Android)

Open the app → your profile picture → Settings (gear) → Signature, and paste. Outlook may drop images or colours; if it does, use Copy plain text in QRflick instead.

Gmail app (iPhone and Android)

The app only supports plain text: open Settings → your account → Mobile signature (Android: Signature on mobile) and paste the text from Copy plain text in QRflick.
