Quick answer

The QRflick signature editor builds a signature from a digital card’s details. Choose a template, preview it, then copy rich HTML or download it for your email application. Test installation and appearance in the email clients your team actually uses.

Keep the essentials readable without images

Your name, role and contact link should remain understandable even if a recipient blocks remote images. Logos and campaign banners can support the presentation, but they should not be the only way to discover who sent the message.

Use an ordinary clickable link alongside any QR image. Someone reading an email on their phone may find a link easier than scanning an image on their own screen. A QR is especially useful when the signature is viewed on another device or printed.

Install and test in your actual email client

The editor preview is a useful starting point, not a promise that every email client renders identical spacing. Copy the signature into your email settings, choose it for new messages and replies, and send a test to a second account.

Inspect the received message on a phone and a desktop. Check links, images, contact details and whether the signature appears twice. Gmail and Outlook have their own settings, and Outlook’s steps vary by version.

Keep campaign changes separate from identity changes

Contact information should stay stable unless it genuinely changes. Promotional banners can rotate more often. Signature banners and click analytics are part of the paid plans; those reports measure link activity, not the number of emails delivered.

For a team, choose a consistent template while keeping each person’s own contact details. Revisit the installation when someone changes role or email application.

Questions, answered

Does QRflick send my emails?

No. It prepares the signature. Gmail, Outlook or your chosen mail application sends the message.

Should a signature include both a QR code and a link?

Usually yes. The link helps people reading on the same device, while the QR helps on another device or in print.

Will a signature look identical everywhere?

Email clients handle HTML and images differently. Test received messages in the clients and devices your recipients use.
