Quick answer

Business and Enterprise accounts can create a restaurant, name a menu and add categories and dishes. The editor separates dishes, appearance, restaurant details and publishing into phases. Preview the draft, then publish to get a permanent menu link and QR.

How do translations work?

Enable English and Spanish as needed and edit menu titles, categories, dish names and descriptions in each language. Guests use a visible language selector.

Missing optional translations fall back to the default language. Review the translation checklist so a guest knows what each dish is. Changing language formats the same currency; it does not convert prices.

What should I enter for dietary details?

Dietary labels, declared allergens, cross-contact notes, calories and serving basis come from the restaurant. They are not inferred from pictures or generated automatically.

Leave unknown information empty. A missing allergen field is not an allergen-free claim, and a vegetarian label does not establish allergy safety. Review the information with the restaurant before publishing.

How do I update a printed menu?

Save your changes to the private draft, preview them and publish the reviewed version. The same permanent link and QR then show the updated menu.

Guests browse categories and select their language without an account. This release does not accept orders, payments or table-service requests.

Questions, answered

Which plans include the menu builder?

Business and Enterprise include structured restaurant menus. Pro retains its existing PDF or external-menu QR option. Current quotas are administered and shown with the plans.

Are photographs and prices required?

No. Dish names in the default language are required. Add prices, photos, descriptions, dietary labels or calories only when useful.

Do I have to print a new QR after changing a price?

No. Publish the update to the existing menu and keep using its permanent address.
