No. Every code you created keeps redirecting on the Free plan. Codes above the Free limit become read-only until you upgrade again, but they never break.
Can I change where a printed code goes?
Yes, that's what dynamic codes are for. Open the code, change the destination and save. It's live in seconds, and the history keeps every previous destination.
What's the difference between static and dynamic codes?
A static code stores the address itself and can never change or be tracked. A dynamic code points to a short link on our domain, so you can edit it, pause it and see scans. Our free generator makes static codes; your account makes dynamic ones.
Is scanning private?
People who scan don't get cookies, and IP addresses are never stored in full. You see totals by country, device and time, not who scanned.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Colours are free. Logos, dot styles, frames and vector downloads are part of Pro.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings → Plan & billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer invoices with my VAT ID?
Yes. Add your company name and VAT ID at checkout, or later in the billing portal.
